1. Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add your items to the cart, go to checkout, and complete payment using one of our accepted payment methods.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled but may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order under our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us as soon as possible at sale@timexso.com if you need help.


2. Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) and PayPal. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full card details, and all transactions are encrypted.


3. Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to customers in the United States and most international countries (except where restricted by law).

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • United States: 4–7 business days after processing
  • International: 10–20 business days after processing
    Processing time is normally 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:

  • U.S. Orders: Free shipping
  • International Orders: Flat rate of $7.99

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.


4. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories. For details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Contact us at sale@timexso.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions.

Q: How are refunds issued?
A: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
