2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 8–10 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
3. Refusing Delivery
- If you are unable to cancel in time, you may refuse delivery of the package.
Once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund minus any applicable shipping fees.
