- The return request is submitted within 28 days from the delivery date
- The item was not marked as final sale or non-returnable

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are not covered by Timexso unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Tracking Required: We recommend using a trackable shipping service
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
