Return & Refund Policy

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Non-defective items returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, altered, or misused items.
  • Custom or special-order items (unless defective or damaged).
  • Items marked as Final Sale.

2. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Us: Email sale@timexso.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Authorization: We will issue a return authorization number with instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Use the original packaging and include all components.
  4. Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Write the authorization number clearly on the package.
  5. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it. Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
  • Items not meeting return conditions will not be refunded.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. Customers may request a refund and place a new order if needed.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sale@timexso.com.
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage.
  • You may request a refund or replacement.
  • Return shipping for defective or damaged items is covered by us.

6. Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sale@timexso.com.
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned under this policy.

7. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
